OUR SERVICES
GoBridge Solar provides solar lead generation, customer intake, appointment setting, solar savings information, preliminary solar education, marketing, and related services.
We may connect interested homeowners with authorized solar partners, licensed solar professionals, solar sales representatives, installers, design providers, financing partners, appointment setters, and other service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoBridge Solar does not install solar energy systems, act as a solar contractor, provide final engineering designs, provide final financing approvals, provide tax advice, or guarantee savings.
Any final solar proposal, contract, installation agreement, financing agreement, design, system size, production estimate, savings estimate, eligibility determination, or approval may be provided by a separate licensed provider, installer, financing partner, or authorized solar professional where required by law.
NO GUARANTEE OF SAVINGS, ELIGIBILITY, APPROVAL, OR INSTALLATION
Any savings estimate, solar eligibility check, utility bill comparison, roof assessment, system size estimate, incentive estimate, or financial projection provided by GoBridge Solar is preliminary and for informational purposes only.
Actual results may vary based on many factors, including utility rates, electricity usage, roof condition, shading, roof direction, property type, homeownership status, system design, financing terms, homeowner eligibility, credit approval, utility approval, interconnection approval, permitting, tax incentives, program availability, installer review, equipment availability, and other factors.
We do not guarantee:
Savings.
Approval.
Qualification.
Installation.
Financing.
Tax credits.
Incentives.
Utility approval.
Specific monthly payment.
Specific system production.
Specific rate reduction.
Specific appointment availability.
Specific proposal terms.
Any final solar proposal, contract, financing agreement, installation agreement, or binding offer must come from an authorized provider, licensed professional, installer, financing provider, or other qualified party.
NO UTILITY, GOVERNMENT, OR MANUFACTURER AFFILIATION
Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoBridge Solar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any utility company, government agency, solar manufacturer, public program, or electric company.
References to utility companies, utility rates, public data, electric bills, solar programs, tax incentives, or energy trends are for informational and marketing purposes only.
LEAD SUBMISSION AND INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
When you submit your information through our websites, forms, advertisements, landing pages, appointment tools, or other channels, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old.
The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You are authorized to submit the information.
You are requesting information about solar or related services.
You are not submitting another person’s information without permission.
You understand that submitting a form does not guarantee savings, approval, qualification, installation, financing, or an appointment.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and current.
HOMEOWNER STATUS AND PROPERTY INFORMATION
Some solar programs, proposals, or appointments may require that you own the home, have authority over the property, or have permission from the property owner.
If you submit a property address, utility bill estimate, utility provider, roof information, or homeownership status, you agree that we may use that information to help evaluate solar options, route your inquiry, prepare for a call, schedule an appointment, or connect you with authorized solar partners or licensed professionals.
You understand that any property or bill information you provide is preliminary and may need to be verified before any final proposal, quote, financing terms, or installation decision is made.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING
If you book an appointment through our website, calendar, landing page, follow up message, or scheduling tool, you agree to provide accurate scheduling information.
You understand that booked appointments may be handled by GoBridge Solar, an authorized solar partner, a licensed solar professional, a solar sales representative, an appointment setter, an installer, or another service provider.
You agree to notify us if you need to cancel, reschedule, or update an appointment.
Booking an appointment does not guarantee savings, approval, qualification, financing, installation, or any specific solar proposal.
CONSENT TO CONTACT
By submitting a form, requesting information, booking an appointment, providing your phone number, providing your email address, or otherwise communicating with us, you authorize GoBridge Solar and its service providers, representatives, and authorized solar partners to contact you regarding your inquiry, solar options, potential savings, estimates, appointment scheduling, utility bill review, follow up, and related services.
You agree that communications may be made by phone call, SMS/text message, email, voicemail, artificial voice, prerecorded message, AI assisted system, automated technology, autodialing system, or similar technology where permitted by law.
You understand that consent to receive calls, texts, or emails is not a condition of purchase.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your phone number, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or opting into GoBridge Solar communications, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from GoBridge Solar related to your inquiry, solar options, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, follow ups, estimates, utility bill requests, qualification questions, promotional messages, and related informational messages.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel SMS/text communications at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message, and then we will stop sending SMS/text messages to you unless you opt in again.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or otherwise requesting information, you agree that GoBridge Solar may email you regarding your inquiry, solar options, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, follow ups, estimates, utility bill requests, qualification questions, promotional messages, and related services.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using any unsubscribe link provided in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].
Transactional or service related emails, such as appointment confirmations, response to inquiries, or notices related to your request, may still be sent where permitted by law.
AI ASSISTED AND AUTOMATED COMMUNICATIONS
We may use AI assisted systems, automated workflows, chat tools, call tools, SMS tools, email tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, lead routing tools, transcription tools, summarization tools, or similar technologies to respond to inquiries, route leads, send follow ups, schedule appointments, qualify interest, generate preliminary estimates, support customer service, or improve our services.
AI assisted systems may make mistakes. Information provided by AI assisted tools is not a final quote, contract, approval, design, engineering opinion, tax advice, financial advice, legal advice, or utility determination.
Any AI assisted response, savings estimate, qualification result, recommendation, or summary is preliminary and for informational purposes only.
CALL RECORDING, MONITORING, TRANSCRIPTION, AND SUMMARIZATION
Where permitted by law, calls, voicemails, video meetings, messages, chats, or other communications may be recorded, monitored, transcribed, summarized, or reviewed for quality assurance, training, customer support, compliance, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and service improvement.
Where notice or consent is required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording, monitoring, transcribing, or summarizing a communication.
If you do not wish to be recorded, monitored, transcribed, or summarized, please notify us or discontinue the communication.
SHARING WITH SOLAR PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
You authorize GoBridge Solar to share your information with authorized solar partners, licensed solar professionals, solar sales representatives, appointment setters, installers, contractors, financing providers, design providers, customer support providers, scheduling tools, CRM platforms, communications providers, analytics providers, and other service providers for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing solar information, scheduling appointments, generating preliminary estimates, preparing proposals, or offering related services.
Where licensing is required, final sales, proposals, contracts, installation, financing, or related regulated activity should be handled by properly licensed or authorized professionals.
CALIFORNIA SOLAR NOTICE
For California consumers, solar providers, installers, contractors, and sales professionals may be subject to California specific licensing, disclosure, and consumer protection requirements.
GoBridge Solar may act as a marketing, lead generation, customer intake, solar education, or appointment setting service. We do not represent that we are a licensed California solar contractor unless expressly stated in writing.
If your inquiry results in a California residential solar proposal or sale, the licensed solar provider, installer, salesperson, contractor, or financing provider is responsible for providing required California disclosures, including any required Solar Consumer Protection Guide, Solar Energy System Disclosure Document, contract disclosures, cancellation rights, licensing information, financing disclosures, and other materials required by California law.
You should verify any solar provider’s, installer’s, salesperson’s, contractor’s, or financing provider’s license, qualifications, proposal, contract, and disclosures before signing any agreement.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, financial, utility, or investment advice.
You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about solar financing, tax credits, incentives, contracts, installation, legal obligations, utility programs, or financial commitments.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
Submit information for someone else without authorization.
Misuse our forms, websites, systems, appointment tools, communications, or services.
Interfere with our websites, systems, forms, communications, or service providers.
Attempt to access information, systems, accounts, or tools without permission.
Use our services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
Send spam, malicious code, or harmful content through our systems.
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party right.
WEBSITE, FORMS, AND TECHNOLOGY AVAILABILITY

Your use of third party services may be subject to those third parties’ own terms and privacy policies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our names, logos, branding, website content, ad creative, form content, graphics, workflows, copy, layouts, designs, text, and related materials are owned by GoBridge Solar or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or use our materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
PRIVACY
Your use of our websites, forms, communications, appointment tools, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services or submitting your information, you acknowledge that we may collect, use, disclose, and retain information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will honor valid opt out and revocation requests in accordance with applicable law.

DISCLAIMERS
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBridge Solar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non infringement, and results.
We do not guarantee that any lead submission, appointment, estimate, recommendation, partner referral, solar opportunity, solar proposal, or communication will result in savings, approval, installation, financing, qualification, or a completed transaction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBridge Solar and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, missed appointments, failed communications, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of opportunity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our websites, forms, communications, appointment tools, SMS/text messaging program, email program, AI assisted tools, lead generation services, or related services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to GoBridge Solar for the service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no amount was paid.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoBridge Solar and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
Your use of our websites, forms, communications, appointment tools, or services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your submission of inaccurate, unauthorized, or misleading information.
Your violation of any law, regulation, or third party right.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the appropriate courts or dispute resolution forum located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
